Marie Jo’s Story

Marie Jo began her career as a Pastry Chef in Paris.  When her sister opened Le Petit Paris Bistrot, she knew she had to have the very best and that was Marie Jo as her Pastry Chef!  Along with her daughter Carla, Marie Jo made the journey to Breckenridge to work along side her sister.

Marie Jo spends each afternoon creating intoxicating desserts that are the perfect labor of love to finish out your meal.  From profiteroles to the molten chocolate cake (fondat au chocolat) Mary Jo’s creations are sent from heaven. It would be a crime to leave your Le Petit Paris Bistrot evening without at least one of Marie Jo’s scrumptious desserts.

From Our Guests...

  • Wonderful food and atmosphere. Owners were friendly and service was excellent. Short rib was the best I've had.

  • Awesome!

What an amazing little find in Breckenridge! We went here for desert after a meal at another venue and were absolutely blown away. The dining room was full, and despite telling the hostess/owner that we just wanted desert, she treated us like we were ordering a banquet for 20.

The deserts were delicious, the wine was incredible and very reasonably priced, and the service was top notch. Can't wait to come back next season!

  • We just had dinner at Le Petit Paris and the dining experience was EXCEPTIONAL! Friendly and attentive service was consistent from arrival to departure. The food was magnificent and our hosts provided personal attention. Two of us had the vegetarian dish (off menu) created just for us by Chef Josh Hall and it was amazing! The desserts... just be sure to save room! It was a wonderful "send off" dinner for our trip to Breckenridge.
