Marie Jo’s Story

Marie Jo began her career as a Pastry Chef in Paris.  When her sister opened Le Petit Paris Bistrot, she knew she had to have the very best and that was Marie Jo as her Pastry Chef!  Along with her daughter Carla, Marie Jo made the journey to Breckenridge to work along side her sister.

Marie Jo spends each afternoon creating intoxicating desserts that are the perfect labor of love to finish out your meal.  From profiteroles to the molten chocolate cake (fondat au chocolat) Mary Jo’s creations are sent from heaven. It would be a crime to leave your Le Petit Paris Bistrot evening without at least one of Marie Jo’s scrumptious desserts.

From Our Guests...

  • Wonderful food and atmosphere. Owners were friendly and service was excellent. Short rib was the best I've had.

  • Le Petite Paris is a true culinary experience. The food is phenomenal, the atmosphere is quite comfortable and the staff make you fell welcomed, almost like you're at home. I'm surprised it took us 6 years to find you, but I promise we'll be back! We'll bring you chocolate truffles in the fall ;)

  • This French restaurant was outstanding. I had the trout and it was if the because if the light herb topping it was better than most I have had in Paris.
    What a great find!
